Description Qube Learning are a national Recruitment and Training Solutions Provider. We deliver a range of training to individuals and teams via Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Short Courses, eLearning, as well as providing recruitment solutions for Jobseekers and Employers alike. We fund many of these projects through over £10M worth of direct contracts held with the Government's Education & Skills Funding Agency and Apprenticeship Levy-paying Employers in England.

Under our contracts we deliver a range of Adult Care, Business Services, Facilities Management, Healthcare, Leadership & Management, Retail and Transport & Logistics programmes across the industry, We work with instantly recognisable brands and household names across different sectors, including Abellio (Greater Anglia), Caring Homes, DHL, GlaxoSmithKline, The John Lewis Partnership, Matalan, the NHS, Sainsbury's and many more. Our core offer is complemented by our working with quality partner providers who enhance the breadth of our offer and enable us to deliver programmes such as Project Management and Hospitality Services.

Charitable organisations who support people into work and the Employers we work with are instrumental in the design of all our programmes, their implementation and ongoing success. When an organisation partners with us, we help guide them towards relevant training programmes that align with their business objectives and then co-design the delivery model and content with them, ensuring it is properly contextualised to their workplace environment and for its target audience.

Our Apprenticeship delivery operations predominantly take place through a blend of face-to-face delivery at Employer worksites and remote delivery, and our pre-employment provision benefits from "pop-up" courses at hired venues in response to where the need is greatest. We have one satellite centre, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, which has a focus on supporting young people aged 16 - 24 years into work. At its peak it's not uncommon for over 100 young people to check in to the centre in a month and receive high quality information, advice and guidance.

Outside of our core workplace and pre-employment offer, the business is divided up into several distinct divisions, including Qube Vision which promotes self-paced eLearning modules on a variety of topics, and Qube Talent that puts a refreshingly affordable spin on traditional employee recruitment activities.

Whatever your reason for visiting Qube Learning today, we hope you enjoy exploring our website and the different support packages we can offer your business.
