Renta 4 Servicios de Inversión is a financial services company that provides investment and asset management at 56 branches across Spain. Seventy percent of its business is in brokerage services -- buying and selling securities and other financial investments. Renta 4 is the parent company of a number of subsidiaries, including Renta 4 Sociedad de Valores, Padinco Patrimonios, Renta 4 Gestora, Gerdinco Gestión, and Renta 4 Pensiones. The group debuted on the Madrid Stock Exchange in November 2007, and offered to buy rival brokerage Gaesco Holding Company in February 2008.
