Sipsmith, why 'Sipsmith'? Well, much the same way wordsmiths love to create all things wordical, we love to create all things sippical, like gin.
We make our gins the way they used to be made and we believe the way they should be made: distilled on copper, never from concentrate, and with the hands-on artistry of our phenomenal distilling team. With over 30 international awards and voted in the Top Ten Trending Gin Brand for the 4th consecutive year, we are fast becoming London's Dry Gin of choice.
It all started back in 2009, when two friends (Fairfax and Sam), launched the first traditional copper distillery in nearly 200 years. They were on a mission to bring gin of uncompromising quality and character back to London, the city where it all began.
