Unlike many IT companies, our owner is not building for an exit. Instead we are enjoying growing strongly year on year, developing our team and giving opportunities for people to thrive in our business.
Systemagic provides IT support to over 350 businesses in the South West and across the UK and has been trading since 1999. Our Managing Director joined in 2002 as a junior technician, progressing through the business and purchasing Systemagic in 2015. Our Technical Director joined in 2004 and has also progressed - in fact 85% of our team (as of January 23) have come through our Grow Your Own Talent scheme where we train, develop and retain. We are now a proud Female Led business, with our Operations Director, Fiona, leading the team and daily operations of the business.
Working with everyone from TV and Film Production companies, UK PLCs, media agencies, estate agents, architects, accountants - almost any sector you can think of - we love our diverse and friendly client base. We enjoy 100% client retention (2021/2022) and pride ourselves on our helpdesk's industry leading response and resolution rates.
We have a strong culture of looking after our team, rewarding hard work frequently and generously and making sure that as the company grows, so does our renumeration - salaries, bonuses and perks. We've enjoyed 100% staff retention in 2023 and for 2 in the last 3 years.
