I have been working at Workhuman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great vibe/culture, company really looks after its staff. Almost has a start up feel about the place still even though its a mature company employing approx 400 people. Very friendly senior management. Being recognised and recognising colleagues for contribution and achievement is actively encouraged across the whole company.

    Cons

Might be slightly over reliant on its recognition platform to help access the performance of an individual. For example some people are home-based and don't interact with colleagues as much as those who are office based, meaning they are less likely to be asked for help on something and therefore won't get recognised as much.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work; this is the benchmark for how people should be treated by their employer, in order to get the best out of them, make them want to work hard and be successful....and happy :)

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Workhuman (Framingham, MA (US)) in March 2020.

    Interview

Highly professional, organized, and quick moving! Both HR and the hiring manger were transparent about timelines, and stuck to them. I interviewed with 8 different people in day, which made for a long but very meaningful day. The process not only allowed for them to get to know me, but also for me to get to know the team I was potentially joining.

    Interview Questions

    • Most of the focus was on negotiation skills and direct examples I could provide to prove my experience in that area. I could tell all interviewers were very aligned in their questioning and ultimately in what they needed for this role in particular.   Answer Question
