Pros

Nice location, talented colleagues, good benefits and complimentary snack provisions,

Cons

Overshadowed by a toxic leadership culture. There's a pervasive sense of narcissism and favoritism, where employees feel pressured to follow arbitrary rules set by inexperienced leaders who often struggle to give clear instructions. It's uncomfortable to witness a clique mentality among founders and managers, where personal agendas take precedence over our well-being. Promotions seem to be based more on loyalty than actual experience, which further undermines morale. Overall, the company's culture prioritizes self-interest over the growth and development of its employees.

Pros

It’s a very nice office space and the people (not leadership) working here are fantastic.

Cons

The company culture has changed drastically the last year or so, it has become very clear that YOU as an employee do not matter. Forced vacation, no flexibility in WFH, more control, people being let go for no reason, bonuses for some people (not even performance based, just who the CEO likes). This is not “punk” just purely a bad company run by an immature leadership. The CEO/creative director is treated like a cult leader by the other people in leadership, and even his manic ideas are not questioned and they just follow his whim. The CEO loves to surround himself with yes men even if they lack skills or knowledge to do the job, he will promote them to leadership positions. Leading to people being in positions they neither have the experience or skills for, ultimately damaging the project. The leadership is toxic and lacks experience and knowledge in leading a company or project in this scale.
