      A company that truly cares about its people

      Pros

      10Clouds is a company that truly cares about its people and has a warm, kind and caring culture. Since joining the team almost three years ago, I've also learnt an incredible amount from my colleagues - all valuable skills that I can use in my future career.

      Cons

      There used to be some disorganisation at strategic/management level, but this has significantly improved over the past year with a system of OKRs put in place at both company and team level.

      Nice people Well equipped kitchen Can learn a lot if you're just beginner Can work remotely

      Can spend a lot of time without project Salary is not that great Office space is loud and not work-friendly Lots of staff rotation Not that interesting projects

      Good atmosphere, but most projects don't take off, which can be demotivational.

      - Good working atmosphere - Clients from US/Western Europe - Flat management structure - Remote work is not a problem - Free food: fruits, toasts & nutella :)

      Cons

      - Most clients are startups, so 75% projects don't take off. You rarely have the opportunity to work with meaningful data/implement interesting functions. - A lot of young and therefore unexperienced people
