      Pros

      Incredibly hardworking team that believes in the overall mission of fighting for every worker. Have the opportunity to try new things and work to properly strategize with clients.

      Cons

      A lot of work to be done. Some of the processes in place were outdated. Not everyone willing to 'give up control of accounts' At times felt a little too cliquey for newer hires.
