Pros

- Basically a walmart where you get products for free - Good clients - Easy to access office/ Free parking - Ruth and Pat are good mentors and are single handedly running the company

Cons

- Pays under market value yet claims it should be a privilege to be employed here - Unspoken rule to work through lunch forcing employees to Uber Eats lunch to the office - Management pushes employees to compliment the CEO by verbally reminding them before meetings - Forced to include CEO's talent management company in client's influencer marketing budgets (double dipping) - Turnover is high due to utilizing free credits/ university grants to avoid paying employees long term/ converting them - High client turnover - Knix just got posted on Linkedin as a client but they left

Pros

- lots of free product - very kind select individuals

Cons

literally the worst job i have ever had. don't even know where to start. i'm hard headed and thick skinned, used to unpaid OT, and completely understand what a fast paced work environment looks like. this was just straight up insane and disgustingly underpaid. had to write a review to see something on here- sad to see another person just went through the same and nothing has changed.

Worst Place I’ve Even Worked

Pros

Some of the people that work there are great, but they unfortunately get taken advantage of.

Cons

They offer and promote a 4 day work week if you work 8:30am - 6:30pm, but in reality it’s a twisted way to make you work overtime all the time since you’ll end up needing to work the 5th day every week regardless. Very poor direction and leadership. Everyone is expected to punch up several roles to their job description and are underpaid for their contribution and consistent overtime. Underbids clients and lets clients walk all over them with little to no boundaries set. The clients are rude, and you are not backed up by management when this happens, they come down on you as well. Little to no constructive feedback, but outing you for the aspects of a project you didn’t nail on the first go and on a tight timeline. Impossible to focus on any task at hand as you will be pinged an ungodly amount of times every day by people who have promised same day turnarounds to clients. Unrealistic timelines and expectations on every single project. They promote great place to work, but in reality it is a pressure cooker. You will be told multiple times by multiple people that the owner needs everyone to reply to everything she says in the company channel, which ends up feeling like an unnecessary ego stroke. There’s no support in any way, and while companies go through growing pains, this company in particular is structured to burn out all of their employees with no regard or thanks given as they continue to make unrealistic promises to grow at a faster rate.
