      Very forthcoming towards employees. Flexible work times and training budget to develop skills. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      As most clients are based in the US, time zones may make evenings unpredictable. Clients are a hit or miss.

      Pros

      Competitive salaries, great office, great management, you feel valued and respected as an employee, there is a lot of trust from management. The company is growing very rapidly and clients are mostly from the US finance sector, so the financial outlook of the company is very good.

      Cons

      Work/life balance might be affected if external client project you are assigned to has considerable time difference. Depends on the team on client side, so not really a con for the company itself.
