      Arrogant management Initiative is punishable You can't tell the management that they're wrong otherwise you get punished Toxic people in management Management asks you to do impossible and take responsibility of it if anything goes wrong Unhealthy processes Unrealistic deadlines based on guessing with responsibility on you You are only the tool to accomplish the project/tasks, not a part of a product nor you own it
