Pros

I feel that my coworkers really support me and value my work. Great benefits. Rewarding environment where you can really make a difference in people's lives. My creativity is encouraged, so I get the opportunity to innovate systems and build new programs as I like! The company offers professional development and networking opportunities. I love that there is room for growth and career advancement within the company.

Cons

Because we are rapidly growing, sometimes it feels like there isn't enough staff for all the work that needs to be done.

Pros

good benefits-some people I work with are very nice

Cons

HR department is the worst I have ever experienced. This is bad for a large company as there is no where to go if you have a real problem. They are the major cause of most problems at this company so can't really go to them.

Pros

It is a great place to work and most of the residents are very friendly. Middle management is supportive and encouraging with feedback given in a productive way. Residents are wonderful and they have many activities to choose from and most of the time it is a nice place to work. Benefits are excellent

Cons

Upper management can be out of touch with staff issues in departments that they don't have a lot of experience or working knowledge of . Upper management seems to rely on staff members to police each other, rather than allowing supervisor or manager to effectively do their job, causing animosity between co-workers. They have lost extremely qualified employees/managers because of this unprofessional manner of allowing employees to complain about each other. it results in ugly and unfair employee retaliation toward each other. It's just not productive or fair and causes an unhealthy work environment. HR needs an overhaul in a big way
