Future Logic is a great place to work. All Staff are treated as equals and are able to have a direct influence on the governance and management of the organisation. It is a place where people can really explore the opportunities presented. Cons
Due to its different operation nature it is not a place for everyone and if you are not able to work in a non beauracratic organisation it maybe not the best place for you. Some of this turns up as: Hard and challenging work Nobody to hold your hand your are responsible Totally transparent nowhere to hide
