      Pros

      People, people, people. Really enjoy the culture and the camaraderie. Helps the product is #1 in the market but saying that the customer focus is amazing. The business is growing with SSP acquisition but so far still has that great small company and easy to do business feel. Dream job at the moment :-)

      Cons

      Growing so quickly will always mean recruitment and training lags behind. Saying that have not seen one good idea not being approved.

      Comfortable atmosphere, Talented workforce, Company Growth

      Cons

      There is no formal on-boarding process. From the first day of work it is a "trial by fire" which is not productive. There is no cross departmental meetings and collaborations for better workflow and company growth. Work area is congested with not privacy or sound barriers which make it sometimes difficult to concentrate on work. Pay is still once a month....
