      Pros

      Organization is able to get a lot of projects done. Management has high standards, but gives you a lot of room to take as much responsibility as you want.

      Pay was fairly low, and upward mobility wasn't great

      Pros

      The people you work with are friendly and some feel as though they're family.

      Cons

      The company will work you as much as they can with no incentives and think since they've been in your shoes then you should try to work your way up which is no point when there is no incentives involved, especially when the pay don't ever go up.

      Pros

      Fun events and a good sense teamwork among crews on events. Supportive supervisors.

      Cons

      At times there is a "us vs them" attitude towards clients or performing artist. Poor communication from management at times but that is getting better. The pay rates for crew positions haven't been raised in a long time and the pay rates are currently a fair amount lower than most other similar opportunities in town.
