      Pros

      Great customer references thanks to a solid product with world-class ServiceNow integration baked-in out-of-the-box. Transparent leadership, and clear direction. Really strong partnership with ServiceNow and their constellation of System Integrators. Strong demand in this segment of the market. Very supportive culture - everybody truly wants to help everyone else.

      Cons

      This company has huge potential and is growing fast - so there's the odd gap as we expand... don't join if you're not ready to work hard and make hay while the sun shines ;)

      Was good early but no good now

      Inner management plays with the junior people, they take all the praise for work done by the subordinates, knowledge also they know nothing, they stop the juniors from learning new things, my manager is wickedest manager, he asks us do bad things, does not want that we should learn new things, stops us from doing good work for the company

I would like to bring to your notice that 3CLogic follows flat hierarchy and if an employee is facing any problem with the immediate supervisor, he can simply reach out to the HR or other Superiors, even CTO and CEO. It seems like you never discussed the same with anyone.       There was a time when there were pros in this company but none of them exist any more.

      Cons

      Struggling for funding. Still in startup mode 10 years after inception No processes in place, no proper hierarchy, no opportunities to climb up the ladder Management is bad in all its decisions at both Noida and Maryland Fired 70% staff in Maryland in one day and 40% staff in Noida Work pressure has increased due to this unfortunate event Kind of left with no sales team in Maryland 2 of the 3 cofounders has left the company. one of the cofounder has sued the company for unknown issues. A lot of politics A lot of Nepotism in Noida as well as Maryland. Not able to retain customers for long. Cost Cutting has been going for a long period of time.
