      Unstable and Disappointing Experience with 3CX

      I had a very disappointing experience with 3CX. I relocated to Cyprus with my family, expecting stability and a supportive work environment, but instead I was unexpectedly let go. The way the situation was handled felt abrupt and lacked professionalism or consideration for the personal impact. It’s extremely difficult to trust a company that does not provide job security or transparent communication, especially when you’ve made a major life move based on that opportunity. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before deciding to work here.

      International environment with colleagues from different backgrounds.

      Cons

      In my personal experience, I found the work environment stressful and emotionally difficult. I struggled with the communication style and expectations, which felt overwhelming for me.

      Pros

      Free lunch 3x per week and gym on site. You will earn a thicker skin. Some nice people.

      Cons

      Toxicity is everwhere. The CEO isn't as bad as some on here make out its the person below him that makes it a horrible place to work. Constant lies and blaming of staff for things they've done wrong. Good people are leaving with no job to go to just to get out of this place. Micromanagement like you've never imagined. Zero chance for progression and just flaky with decisions.
