      Everyone are running, but nobody knows where

      – Good PM salary – Nice product and tech stack – Good people on the team

      Cons

      – No vision – No strategy – No data-driven decisions (you will do what you would be told to do) – C-level doesn't even contact people at the bottom of the company – Nobody cares about diversity, the company's culture, and good processes – Fired a lot of people after 3commas API keys leakage
