If you are looking for a place for your career to crash and burn then 3D2B is the place to do it. All of the management is in the Rome office and the CEO constantly jumps back and forth between Rome and NY. The office has ZERO management and the office was practically empty because the CEO fired everyone based off of his impulse to blame employees for not getting results when the company never provides training or proper assistance to even get you on your feet. You literally walk into the office and its a graveyard of EMPTY desks and it is embarrassing. The company is ran poorly and will often have you feel unaccomplished, devoid of drive, and ultimately you will literally feel yourself becoming lazy and dumb every second you are in the office. Why? Because the environment is TERRIBLE. There is no culture whatsoever. The only peace you can get is between you and the other few employees that are there that sit and agree on how bad the company is. The computers are all outdated and they have ONE tech guy thats all the way in ROME that often will take control of your computer virtually to fix issues, however, he takes so long to fix issues that you have less time to work which will eventually get you yelled at by management that you arent producing enough. Well how can you produce when the computer provided to you is always glitching? Sounds like fun right. DO NOT listen to any of the other reviews written here, they are probably written by management themselves on burner glassdoor accounts to get suckers to think "oh wow this aint so bad" NAH its BAD. Run...run far, far, far away from this company. The CEO often lies to his employees for his own personal gain, he even lies to his clients and asks his employees to lie to them as well about our experience. There is NO advancement opportunities, zero benefits, compensation is below average, and management is terrible.

Worked there for nearly 7 years: the owners of the company think they own your life because they pay your salary. As a manager, you are privy to the insult they provide towards your unaware colleagues (comments on their mental capabilities and physical features) which make you extremely stressed and unhappy. Yelling, insulting and threatening are your daily bread when dealing with the owners and the stress and fear produced by such management is trickled down to the BDRs/SDRs. Turnover is huge as people realize very quickly whom they are dealing with. Salary is payed regularly but it is below average and requesting time off is mentally stressful and you need to justify your every move.
