      On comparing experience with my present employer, I can clearly tell that CEO of the company Rahul Sharma doesn't have people management skills. Politics from top level to Bottom. Lot of Pressure. Get scolds and harassment from colleges as appreciation. Expects more from fresher more than experienced folks.

      - Sick mentality CEO - No place for self-respect. You are abused and treated as a slave - Too much work pressure (You are expected to do work equivalent to 5-6 people) - Forget about leaves, no holidays on festivals - Every alternate Saturday is working, sometimes Sunday too - Your life becomes hell - They won't let you leave easily, 1.5 years of bond, after this two months of notice period
