      Pros

      The company provides great tools to go and get clients, and encourages you to take action. They want you to succeed but they wont do it for you. There is literally no ceiling and the more you hustle, the more you will be rewarded. If you view this as a stepping stone, you will be sorely disappointed

      Cons

      There could be a better focus on seeking great. So many things 49 does is really good, but I believe we could achieve greatness in a lot of areas we currently aren't chasing like we should. If our clients win more, we will too

      It's all hype. Nothing else, no growth.

      Cons

      They lure in naive college grads to do all the grunt work for them. 49 Financial hides behind flashy marketing to pull in waves of new graduates just so they can funnel contracts upward. Please avoid this place. Do not sign anything with a company that refuses to be transparent about your salary. Use some common sense and don’t fall for their hype.
