      Occasionally good reality series come out of this company, which employs many wonderful people.

      Often, terrible reality series come out of this company, which is run by a very difficult, unpredictable management team.

      Pros

      The people at the bottom truly are family and they’re good people. They do pay well. Or I should say they do try to compensate for what you will be put thru.

      Cons

      Extremely low morale Long hours and never properly staffed. It’s truly the definition of I don’t care what you have to do or what it does to you just get it done. The way people are spoken to is beyond exaggeration.

      Pros

      High paying, very loyal bosses. Great place to get started in the industry because they keep hard workers around. Lots of opportunities. This company has had many, many hits and set the tone for many shows.

      Cons

      Facilities aren't as nice as many other production companies. Attitude can feel rough around the edges.
