Pros

When it was larger and had a lot more departments, it was thriving and such a lovely, positive attitude/atmosphere throughout. They have tried the re-build of that again.

Cons

Some employees are not trained for their job. Changing management too often with different vision. 'Benefits' was not worth it at lower levels of the organisation and would often be too costly.

Pros

You work in silo, that might appeal to some people. Not hard work so good work life balance

Cons

No integration, terrible management, and likely to be made redundant after six months (no-one seems to last more than a year)

Flexible working, good friendly atmosphere

Cons

Long working hours, but if a strategy will change and they would not need you, they would get rid of you very quickly, no stability or future
