Pros
When it was larger and had a lot more departments, it was thriving and such a lovely, positive attitude/atmosphere throughout. They have tried the re-build of that again.
Cons
Some employees are not trained for their job. Changing management too often with different vision. 'Benefits' was not worth it at lower levels of the organisation and would often be too costly.
