      Pros

      The only good things are some of the people you work with and the places you travel in Colorado. I was new to Colorado and went up to Thornton and saw how nice it was up there. That is the only good.

      Cons

      This is a pyramid scheme. When you first go in for an interview they tell you that you would be selling and making a lot of money. I started working there, and they make you memorize this packet that doesn't even really pertain to the job. They pay you $8 a hour and there are no benefits. You have to become an executive. They fooled many people Making them think they could at the age of 30 and sip drinks at the beach making all this money. Making so much money, but they start you out at $8/hr? Whoever believes that is naïve.

      Pros

      I've been here about half a year, and i like working here more and more. I keep learning which is good because i came in with no experience just a degree and they have helped me apply a lot of stuff. So far I've been to california and texas to work with some different clients, which is fun. The office is good because everyone gets along and helps out, I've been able to teach some to. Big big thank you to everyone who has helped me out along the way. I'm very excited to see where we are going because an expansion is coming up and we just added a new client where we can give back.

      Cons

      We work pretty intense. The expectations are high, but not demanding. However since we have so much new stuff sometimes its difficult to keep up and we play catch up sometimes.
