Pros

I've been here about half a year, and i like working here more and more. I keep learning which is good because i came in with no experience just a degree and they have helped me apply a lot of stuff. So far I've been to california and texas to work with some different clients, which is fun. The office is good because everyone gets along and helps out, I've been able to teach some to. Big big thank you to everyone who has helped me out along the way. I'm very excited to see where we are going because an expansion is coming up and we just added a new client where we can give back.

Cons

We work pretty intense. The expectations are high, but not demanding. However since we have so much new stuff sometimes its difficult to keep up and we play catch up sometimes.

Pros

Everyone at 5282 strives to succeed every single day. We are a team of doers and go getters that support and encourage each other to reach goals. We're always learning, growing and having a great time as a team.

Cons

This is not a desk job. We sometimes work long days but every second is worth it.

Pros

My favorite part about the company is the company culture. It was strange to me at first, but everyone is supportive of each other' goals and wants to help one another become successful and grow individually. It can get stressful sometimes, just like anything else, but here there is always somebody to call wants to help you out. We hold each other accountable so we all hit our goals sooner than later... and we have awesome team nights. Working here I have found a work 'family' in a way, that all have my back. There is an opportunity for growth very quickly, which has been another positive thing in working here.

Cons

Growing and developing in a quickly moving environment requires hard work. Hours can accumulate and it can seem like a lot at some points. The trade off in the end is worth it.
