There are no pros or merits whatsoever.

Cons

Management is terrible, untrustworthy, and incompetent. Coworkers are very hostile and untrustworthy. Money is subpar, hours are long, get comfortable doing stuff outside of your job, and get comfortable working long after you should be clocking out.

Good events and staff camaraderie, but toxic management issues and inadequate pay for the level of work expected

Events pay well, and staff gets along.

Cons

There are early in times with abnormally extensive work such as setup and frequent heavy lifting without any pay. Income is very inconsistent and not appropriate for the amount of work. Management can be very condescending and verbally abusive. Revolving door of staff.
