Great premise and mission

Pros

60 Decibels is a progressive company with a wonderful mission and therefore the nature of the work attracts driven and passionate people. Workload can be a lot but employees are encouraged and supported to take time off and there is a strong emphasis on work-life balance from the CEO which I believe trickles down to management also.

Cons

60dB has a global workforce with great individuals but it feels there is a lack of connectivity across regions/teams and not enough initiatives in place to create a strong and connected work culture. There is not much of a proactive HR/People team presence to build out initiatives to keep employees engaged.
