Pros

Small company environment, everyone seems nice.

Cons

Everyone passes work and blame the next person, kind of sad when you think of the potential this place has.

Pros

Cool new projects every now and then. Company parties/events/BBQs. The company works with the "big boys" and may open more opportunities in career goals. Quiet and peaceful environment.

Cons

Poor management, lack of clarity, instructions from managers and passdowns lead to A LOT of miscommunications. Laboratory is a mess, employees don't clean after themselves! The organization structure of the company are confusing and unclear. It's very difficult to perform the best work due to lack of clarity and instructions of 3rd party products. Managers will train you, but they will leave you out on the small important things and sometimes it's incorrect, which you will be at fault in the long run. Some employees will bail, hide, or excuse themselves from dealing customers and tasks are either delayed or incomplete. Time is essential, you don't want to run the wrong test. Deadlines for test runs are unpredictable, and if results don't generate good numbers then there's a chance you could be mark down for errors and mistakes.
