Pros

Most of the people are ok, young company

Cons

No real sales direction, especially for new starters. Everyone doing well have been in the company 7+ yrs and dont actually understand a real sales cycle or process, how can you expect anyone to join your team and hit extremely unachievable sales targets - you all have existing accounts that bring in money. New starters DO NOT. The CEO still lives as if its a newsroom, its not. The management is terrible with the sales directors providing unnecessary work to junior members as if theyre teachers - power trips. No people management skills whatsoever, one colleague had a family emergency and was expected to log on and work, no duty of care. I myself had family emergencies and situations which was handled with no duty of care. Have no SDRs so you're expected to work like dogs. I really wouldnt recommend this for any sales professional. Also no one actually really wants to work with them which is why you can change your strategy from agencies to brands. They're posts on linkedin are embarrassing with the only people liking it are the people working there in this 72point bubble. And Nepotism is also at hand within the company. No diversity.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is that it has a large pool of passionate young people working for it but they are overworked and underpaid

Cons

If you ever get offered a job with Play PR (one of the trading styles of 72Point) run for the hills - it's a toxic culture run by bullies turnover of staff high firing people at the drop of a hat for no reason phone calls demanding work late on Friday evenings

Pros

Free 'Friday food' at lunchtime. Initially was a creative place to work.

Cons

Chaotic management. People felt bullied. Suggestions to improve work flow processes ignored. Staff intimidated, shouted at and reminders that there would be redundancies if targets not met. Ineffectual HR. Very much an 'our way or the highway' attitude. Very unhappy staff. Attempts to improve communication between departments thwarted. An unpleasant atmosphere and people very quick to blame each other when things went wrong. No room for self development, absolutely no investment in their staff.
