For younger employees, the office culture is enjoyable on the surface. The channels are still great brands and the content remains strong.

Cons

An increasingly superficial place to work with intolerance of criticism, ruined by toxic senior management who are controlling and self-interested.

Cons

Underpaid - I was being underpaid by 7k for my role! Then I had to train my successor, and they got paid 7k more AND they then got promoted after a year!

Great modern office, company benefits are really good, generally managers are very flexible and helpful

Cons

Salary isn't particularly great, very hard to get a pay rise, different people get paid different amounts to do the same job, communication between departments not very good, too much power focussed on senior management
