Reports suggest that the CEO, Frank Bunte, has engaged in unethical behavior and created a hostile work environment for employees, which has included verbal and mental abuse, causing depression for some. In meetings, it has been reported that the CEO has muted employees in front of customers, kicked employees out of meetings, and engaged in other inappropriate conduct. Furthermore, employees have reported that when it comes time for bonuses or commissions, the CEO has engaged in practices that limit employees' earnings. This includes changing commission rules on the spot, rejecting commissions, and seeking legal advice to avoid paying bonuses.
