Pros

Talented Individuals, Solutions,Remote Work and Travel.

Cons

It is recommended that individuals exercise caution when considering employment with this company. Reports suggest that the CEO, Frank Bunte, has engaged in unethical behavior and created a hostile work environment for employees, which has included verbal and mental abuse, causing depression for some. In meetings, it has been reported that the CEO has muted employees in front of customers, kicked employees out of meetings, and engaged in other inappropriate conduct. Furthermore, employees have reported that when it comes time for bonuses or commissions, the CEO has engaged in practices that limit employees' earnings. This includes changing commission rules on the spot, rejecting commissions, and seeking legal advice to avoid paying bonuses. Multiple employees have shared similar experiences, and legal action has been taken against the CEO in the past, with the CEO losing these lawsuits. Reports suggest that the Board of Directors has also received numerous complaints about the CEO's behavior. It is important to note that these claims may be disputed and that individuals should conduct their own research and make their own informed decisions.
