Good, hardworking people in the warehouse and support staff
Cons
They do not get it. They are completely inept at the executive level. Incompetence like you only see in sitcoms. High ranking execs not reading emails, constantly making errors. It is a miracle that this place has lasted as long as it has and it’s because they take advantage of people. It’s extremely sad. Don’t take advantage of people. The bill is going to come due for this group. I wouldn’t want to be there when the hammer comes down

- It's a pleasant place to work; there's a lot to learn from coworkers and all the processes that are being used. - Current management is incredible; they know how to listen and improve. - Employees' needs are almost always taken care of. - Good benefits.
Cons
- Better internal communication and clear instructions to make jobs run smoothly, - More incentives would be great for people that been here longer.
