They do not get it. They are completely inept at the executive level. Incompetence like you only see in sitcoms. High ranking execs not reading emails, constantly making errors. It is a miracle that this place has lasted as long as it has and it’s because they take advantage of people. It’s extremely sad. Don’t take advantage of people.
