Management does not do a good job of setting you up for success. No real incentive structure for sales reps. Also, there is a very high turnover rate.

Company holiday parties and WFH Fridays.

Cons

No room for growth, poor leadership, and no transparency, and small sales incentives. If you’re working in sales, you’re just an order taker. You have very little power to negotiate with your customers autonomously. It’s a rotating door here. Look for employment elsewhere.
