I've really enjoyed my time at AAM. The team and employees here genuinely care about the work they do, and it shows in the pride they take in their day-to-day involvement. It’s a great environment where people are engaged, collaborative, and willing to support one another. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community. The company makes an effort to create a fun and inclusive culture with small office events that bring everyone together. It’s a great way to break up the workday and build stronger relationships across teams. Like any company, there’s always room for improvement, but overall, my experience has been positive. Management does not do a good job of setting you up for success. No real incentive structure for sales reps. Also, there is a very high turnover rate.
