      Too many egos and toxic culture

      Pros

      If you want to be belittled, gaslighted, and overworked while spit at for voicing concerns, then this is the team for you. Big 'ole boys club with a totally incompetent Chief People officer who is very political and only here for a paycheck. Stay away from Abbyy it’s the worst job I ever had and a toxic working environment.

      Managers are bullies, selfish with no respect for people. Terrible terrible.

      Company changing its goals every 5 minutes in the past 6 months. High turnover of staff as a result.
