Harder but at the same time more rewarding than I imagined
Pros
I feel more like part of of a team since I've worked here than I have ever before. It's important to me to know that people have my back and I want to invest my time someplace where I can have a future and have more than just a job. My manager is a great person who leads me to question whether I can develop myself farther. A good example of this is that he asked me to write a training for our team and give it in our morning meeting. First we discussed what I would write it about and he asked me to take notes on everything we discussed. Then he asked me to make a draft of what I would present and he edited it. Then I presented it. He videotaped it and we watched it together. We talked about how I might make it better and he asked me to take notes again. I changed the presentation and gave it again to the people who were off the day I gave it the first time. I learned a lot from the experience and I am happy he invested so much time in me to give me a management experience. It was harder but at the same time more rewarding than I imagined it would be and it gave me a hunger to better myself more and ask for more challenges.
Cons
I honestly cannot say that there are any downsides about the company. The company is great. The only downsides are about some of the legal restrictions about our work, and also how customers can be greedy or want to find fault where there is none to try to dodge a bill they owe.
