      Pros

      3% raise or less if you are in a favored position with management to receive one. When you leave this company there has always been a better opportunity waiting for those who decided to move on.

      Cons

      Lack or any real communication. No room for advancement from within. Get as high a salary as you can entering this company. Too many valleys with sales department. Too many dreamers in management

      Cons

      Lack of communication between co-workers and other departments before doing so. Poor leadership/management in manufacturing with favoring others and not all treated equally the same as one.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, 4 Day work weeks, Good benefit package, Room for advancement. Gives second chances, I departed and was able to come back realized I was listening to wrong voices.

      Cons

      Changing environment and growing quickly. mixture of new and longtime employees some need purged they are just stuck in their ways. and the past holding up growth.
