ABL is focused on all the right things - constantly raising the standards across groups. I was pushed harder there than anywhere else I worked and grew a ton. Ended up having to leave for a more relaxed role due to an event in my family but will always value the experiences I had there. Some of the smartest people I have worked with, across the board - and it's not my first high performing space company.

Cons

A lot of fits and starts on improving process, sometimes adding bad process and having to remove it. If you have to travel to Kodiak, it's pretty demanding with frequent travel disruptions, packed cars, not great food and lodging options in town. Seems fun for the younger folks but it wore me out pretty quickly. Sometimes seems like the company is trying to do too much, too fast.
