      client is good to work for

      Cons

      ABM management not interested in you as an employee. no training, no chance of advancing within the company. you have to ask for days off, management get the rotas in advance and see that you are working 50+ hours a week, not interested in your personal life/ work balance. as long as the shift is covered

      continuously shows favoritism to certain employees, Management speak to agents like crap and when reported nothing gets done about it
