7moIt great to see that you are enjoying the AC3 culture - its something we intentionally nurture and amplify from the hiring stage to just how we work on a day to day basis.
I also note your comment about managing the grey areas. In today's VUCA world, ambiguity and change are part of everyday life and we work hard to be as transparent and clear as possible. In addition we have supports like unique leave benefits, a rated EAP programme, etc., which help AC3ers navigate the impact of the changing business world. If you have specific suggestions on how we can improve, I'd love to hear from here.
