Pros

It’s a chill atmosphere, some days are hectic, but most are zen. There is not really crazy customers. They take safety really serious, it makes you feel at ease. The workload is minimum on most days. The pay is great if you did not go to college or if you're a college student.

Cons

There isn't really double coverage, this doesn't bother me, but I know it does for some. If you start off part-time, moving to full time is a battle. 9/10 you will work at a different location everyday. Incentives are few. There isn’t really much room for advancement.
