      Great place to work amid shrinking budget

      Pros

      Great people, nice teamwork, ample supporting staff and good management are combined with beautifully remodeled facility with up-to-date technology and equipments. It's overall a very friendly environment to work in.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the shrinking budget puts a shadow over this wonderful non-profit mental health organization, making it's future unpredictable and decreasing wages inevitable.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth especially for newly licensed mental health professionals. Important work with Asian Americans and great learning opportunities overall. Bilingual work and supervision possibilities. Very nice coworkers overall.

      Cons

      Compensation has not even remotely kept up with the costs of living and executive leadership has been a mess - out of touch with client and staff needs and not particularly interested in improving this either. really a shame as ACMHS does great work, Many excellent staff have departed due to lack of appreciation and lack of fair compensation.
