      Pros

      Generally treat staff very well, majority of management are very good and approachable. Good work colleagues (majority). Good benefits quarterly bonus and decent holiday which increases with service. Had many happy years there until they fell for the patter on interviewing/employing a certain manager who wanted to make his mark by destroying all the previous good work processes and practices put in place, that bought growth year by year.

      Cons

      Willing to lose good staff over listening to a compulsive lying egomaniac manager who cuts corners, bringing down quality of product.

      Great product Strong heritage Global brand Fun and interesting staff Good benefits

      Cons

      The Management team are too close, huge conflict of interests which are at odds with the open and honest culture that they are keen to promote. They are perceived to be the 'untouchables' which means suggesting and making changes is almost impossible.
