Manager trusts you, no micromanagement. lots of free time, can do 8 hours of work in 3 if you really wanted to. Free food and prizes. Promoted and received a raise ($1.50) after a year. Opportunities for advancement! 401k match and gym membership reimbursement. Great health benefits.

Cons

Is a bit of a learning curve, You'll need to be a self starter, do lots of research and training especially on the biohazard side, but don't worry, they will train and provide all the resources, materials. Also, reimbursement is sent via check; and sometimes takes about 3 weeks to receive.
