      Poor benefits, volatile MD, empty promises,

      9-5 working day, some good employees (which will soon leave)

      Cons

      Senior management failed to recognise the importance of looking after employees. Constantly told 'benefits are coming' which never materialise. Managing Director fails to recognise good performance instead micro managing staff by internal policies such as an expectation of taking minutes for every conversation and logging them in to a web tool. Company doesn't listen to its people. Mixed messages.

      Relaxed working environment. No targets. Free parking

      Cons

      Bleeding staff members. Lack of leadership. Does not reward good work. Software company that cannot make user friendly software. Once DBS services runs dry, business will fail.

      Pros

      I met some great people who have all now left because of the environment. The summer party was amazing. Have had a laugh in the past.

      Cons

      They pretend to have benefits that they don't Staff have massive arguments Heads of departments have no skills across the board Bullying is very common and I have witnessed this to no end and seen people leave due to it Business is not succeeding I think the good reviews on here are fake
