Cons
Senior management failed to recognise the importance of looking after employees. Constantly told 'benefits are coming' which never materialise. Managing Director fails to recognise good performance instead micro managing staff by internal policies such as an expectation of taking minutes for every conversation and logging them in to a web tool. Company doesn't listen to its people. Mixed messages.
