Pros
You are allowed to have your own timings, your task is independent to others and once you get to know how to do it you lead by yourself. Peaceful office.
Cons
Low salary, no proper support for a fresher, no benefits, they pay for your insurance but the policy they offer is not good, they expect you to know everything with in two or three weeks. Stressful and unplanned onsite work. They cahnge their decisions with in hours. Uncertainty in job confirmation keepa haunting you.
