      Some friendly people work for the company

      Cons

      Outdated. Like working for a company in the 80s. No flexibility and forcing unwilling staff to stop working from home. Top down management style dragging the company towards an inevitable demise though an inability to keep with the times.

      no trust of employees by senior management, no flexibility on working hours, out of date policies and benefits, take too long to make decisions

      Pros

      Adder has a large number of challenges which I would equate to being the equivalent of rocket science! I love my job at Adder because it forces us all to use our brains every day to solve complicated problems and to keep us at the forefront of technology. The teams at Adder are determined to win and this shows in the market dominance they are gaining.

      There is a constant push to work to tight deadlines and to deliver huge projects
