Pros

HR is lovely and a few other staff members are nice too

Cons

- No real benefits - Building doesn't have any windows, everything is just white and black, no real decoration. Doesn't have a welcoming feeling or the feeling you want to stay and spend your days there - For a company that prides itself in being modern and advanced, the working structure is quite outdated. Real flexitime or options for home office are zero unless of course you are higher up in the hierarchy - Some departments/teams are very cliquey who feel superior to everyone else and make sure you know that - Poor wage - Bad communication within and across departments, especially among managers

Fairly obvious that the company is again going through financial difficulty, maybe redundancies. Interesting that only 8 months ago, on this forum, someone has posted a critical warning - that this company may not exist soon. Nearly every staff member who remains is a senior. This is not a justifiable business model. Anyone who still works at ADI will have to cover so many positions and workloads it won't be long it's untenable. There can't be any progression within the company now that everyone is expected to do everything. I would strongly advise researching this company before considering any positions.

Thank you for your review, I appreciate it was written some time ago now, but I felt it was important to respond to some quite damaging comments and theories. As a small business, in a technology industry which predominently focuses on large scale, audience participation events such as football matches, motorsport and horseracing, the pandemic on 2020-2021 impacted the business quite significantly, but this was also the case for hundreds of thousands of other business across the globe. We are immensley proud of all of our teams and the way they handled themselves through a very challenging time. We supported all of our colleagues through the various lockdowns, offering emotional and financial support where we could, as well as implementing new initiatives which we have continued to use to this day. Since your review was written, we have been able to significantly grow our teams, and have recently supported over 20 of our colleagues on junior and mid-level management training, as well as enrolling a number of our teams on external training courses. We have also completed a full market review of all salaries. ADI has been around now for over 32 years, with the same CEO at the helm, and we continue to go from strength to strength.
